i just finished reading this book, and i was completely invested from start to finish. the style of writing complements the ideas of the book so well; it just feels perfectly put together. after i finished the book i then decided to spend hours just reading reviews and watching breakdowns and just trying to see what other people thought and felt about this book, and i thought it was interesting how some people just couldnt come to grips with meursault and how the dialogue is short and boring and yadda yadda. and i think that’s the point.

when it comes to books and music and all these different forms of expressions and all that stuff, it feels like sometimes you can tell when a certain piece of art is made for you. i think this is one of those pieces for me. i am not going to sit here and say it is the best book ever, but it is certainty a book that was made for me. i loved it, and it is one of my favorite books.
